Guardian Increases its Speed to Market with Insurance Technologies ForeSight™ 5.0.

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, February 22, 2011 – Insurance Technologies, LLC, a provider of sales automation solutions for the financial services industry, today announced the successful deployment of ForeSight™ 5.0 for The Guardian Life Company of America (Guardian), one of the largest mutual life insurers and a leading provider of employee benefits. ForeSight 5.0 is the latest version of Insurance Technologies' point of sale and illustration system that supports all aspects of the insurance sales process for all business lines including Life, Annuities, Critical Illness, Disability Income and Long Term Care, across diverse distribution channels with tailored user experience and content branding capabilities.

Guardian chose to migrate to ForeSight 5.0 for its technological advances and product cloning capabilities to increase speed to market and lower maintenance costs as well as the ability to combine pricing and contracts across the organization. In addition, the user interface enhancements increase ease of use along with other significant feature and functionally improvements that will support Guardian's product development and distribution initiatives.

Guardian's initial ForeSight 5.0 release introduced a new SPIA product as well as the conversion of their existing Variable Annuity products and Living Benefit riders. Future plans include the addition of Fixed Annuity products, additional riders for Variable Annuity products, new sales strategies and increased field distribution.
