FIRELIGHT SALES AUTOMATION PLATFORM

Proposed user interface/experience designs developed in 2017 to update the old UI/UX incorporating new flow and processes to align with the product roadmap. Unique flows presented for the different FireLight sales components including sales Illustrations, product quoting, e-Application and the e-Signing process. The new UI facilitated a frictionless exerience and flow between all sales touchpoints within the platform. Initiative also included the design and development of a sales demo portal to demonstrate the flow from agent/advisor portals to the launch of the FireLight sales platform.
